We keep up to date with all the legislation, for regular payroll, changes in minimum wage, maternity, student loans and the endless new government regulations.

This can have the added benefit in small businesses by outsourcing this aspect of your business.

All staff details are locked away and strict client confidentiality is observed at all time.

This is typically the way in which we will work together after the initial set up has been completed.


  1. You send SOS via email your staff weekly or monthly hours. The hourly rate is already known to us.
  2. We process the data.
  3. The hours worked, the gross pay, the tax and NI deductions and net pay are all inserted into an Excel spreadsheet.
  4. This Excel spreadsheet is sent back to you.  Either you or I can then start paying your staff from your business bank account.
  5. In the meantime, all payslips for each member of staff and your emplyers contribution to HMRC are calculated, printed and sent to you.
  6. If you get any P6 change of tax notices or student load deduction notifications. Either send them to us in the post or email them. They will be process immediately.
  7. We send you our invoice for how many hours it took to process your wages.
  8. You pay us via bacs, cheque or cash and we do the same thing next week or next month.

We also have experience of processing wages using the Iris wages package.
